The current project proposal is aimed in to increasing the energy efficiency and production capacity of “Revuel” OOD through the purchase and commissioning of a automatic machine for packaging production and injection molding machine for production of plastic products and certification of energy management system according to the ISO 50001 standard. The investment in new equipment and services will improve not only the energy efficiency and the production capacity of the company but also its resource efficiency alongside with reducing the carbon dioxide emissions. The new machine, which will replace the currently used machine for packaging production can use recycled materials, which will contribute to environmental protection. The expected results from the realization of the project include planned energy savings of 57.64%, energy saving ratio (ESR) of 81.5% and reduction of carbon dioxide emissions with 301 t /year. This project proposal is implemented in the sector of the Bulgarian economy, which is characterized by high energy intensity, namely C20.42 (Production of perfumes and toilette products).
