Increasing energy efficiency in EA AD

The project envisages to invest in activities heat- and moisture-isolation of the production building and replacement of outdated equipment with modern, more technologically advanced, energy-efficient in order to reduce the cost and increase the quality and quantity of production. At the core of the project is the purchase of 1 pc. four-color offset printing machinery to replace existing production facilities; Complete replacement of existing lighting with LED lighting; and replacement of the existing old window frames associated with covering the technological requirements for thermal and moisture-use of the intended acquisition four-color offset printing machinery. Replacement of existing capacities with this installation will meet the ambitions of "EA" SA to increase its production capacity at low energy consumption per unit of output, reducing technological rejects and significantly improve quality, by maintaining constant parameters of manufactured products that the old technological capacities poses difficulty. The old equipment will be upgraded mainly because existing facilities are extremely energy intensive. The production building is old building with glued wood windows. Some of the windows have been replaced with new wooden frame with glass and exterior doors are solid metal or wood. By replacing the window frames will be provided with the necessary minimum conditions for the intended purchase new machine. All activities under this project will reduce electricity consumption and fuel production unit, as well as harmful CO2 emissions. The implementation of the project activities will enhance the competitiveness and efficiency of production in "EA" SA , and make possible the use of recycled raw material after commissioning of new fixed assets.
