Increasing energy efficiency in PRISOE PAK AD

This project is aimed at increasing energy efficiency and expanding the production capacity of "Prisoe Pak" JSC through delivery, installation and commissioning of a machine for high-speed milling and jig polishing - 1, Fiber Laser Cutting Machine - 1, Strip cutting machine - 1 and Argon welding machine - 1, which will replace the existing heavily depreciated and non energy efficient machines. The new machines which will be purchased as a result of the project will allow increasing of the energy efficiency of all major manufacturing operations - cutting of sheet and bar material, milling, polishing and welding. There is also activity for recycling scrap production by purchasing and commissioning of argon welding machine. Scrapped and damaged parts will be recovered by the argon welding machine because it will allow the place of breaking a piece or cracking of a piece to be weld with the corresponding metal, so that the piece/punch/machine can continue to be used and its life cycle will be extended. The implementation of the following project will led to planned energy savings for the enterprise (PES) is 86.4%; factor in energy savings (ESR) - 87.2% and saved carbon dioxide emissions - 806.36 tons per year.
