Increasing the energy efficiency of VITIN-V LTD.

"VITIN-V" Ltd was established in 1996. The main activity is the manufacture and supply of concrete mixtures. The company has its own production and repair facilities located in the industrial zone of the town Vidin. For its core business of manufacturing and supplying concrete company has its own concrete plant fully computerized, truck mixers 8, 2 concrete pump trucks, dump trucks and other ancillary equipment. The company has a repair warehouse fabrication and installation of complex reinforcement, formwork and steel structures, repair and maintenance of machinery and fleet repair shop. Currently, the company has technical equipment running on dual fuel. The machines are used for the activities of the company. Currently the machines are working for the production of concrete mixtures. The equipment is relatively old, inefficient and productive than the new high-tech equipment on the market. The reason for the replacement of old machines is that the new ones are more economical, which will lead to more - less fuel, respectively to a - less harmful gases into the atmosphere. The investment project envisages replacement of the existing technological equipment being purchased described below new equipment with higher technological capabilities, integrating system for heat recovery and system for monitoring of energy consumption: -Excavator loader; -Recycling system for waste concrete; -Ventilation system for heat recovery; -System for monitoring of energy consumption. After integrating the listed technological equipment, the production capacity of the enterprise will grow significantly, which in turn will reduce fuel costs greatly, as well as energy consumption per unit of production.
