Increasing the energy efficiency of BKS-BADINSTROY JSC

BKS-BADINSTROY JSC is located in Vidin and produces asphalt mixtures. The company is an active participant on the Bulgarian market. BKS-BADINSTROY JSC has its own asphalt base and asphalt necessary modern equipment and qualified staff for the rehabilitation, repair, maintenance, new construction and major renovation of the republican and municipal roads, streets and public works projects. Asphalt base is located in the northern industrial zone of Vidin, on land owned by the company. Currently, the company has technological equipment that runs on diesel fuel and fuel oil. The equipment is relatively old, inefficient and less productive than the new high-tech equipment on the market. The reason for the purchase of new equipment for the project is that the new machines are more economical, which will lead to less fuel consumption, respectively, to less harmful gases into the atmosphere. The investment project envisages replacement of the existing technological equipment through purchase of the described below new equipment with higher technological capabilities, integration of system for heat recovery and system for monitoring of energy consumption: -Mixing Backhoe loaders; -Colleen mini loader; -Air pollution control system. After integrating the listed technological equipment, the production capacity of the enterprise will grow significantly, which in turn will greatly reduce fuel costs and energy consumption.
