Increasing the energy efficiency of Profil-I Ltd.

Profil - i Ltd. is a company specializing in the manufacture and construction of PVC, aluminum and steel. The main activity of Profile - i Ltd. is: • Design, production and installation of aluminum and PVC structures for exterior and interior glazing residential, public and industrial buildings; • Production of accessories for balustrade systems, furniture and exhibition design, commercial furniture and interior; • Production of aluminum profiles for drawing or model of client; • Bending of aluminum profiles for window, balustrade and exhibition systems; • Design, production and installation of structures and accessories for photovoltaic systems; • Production of specific details to custom; • Trade with aluminum profiles and accessories. • Production of screw foundations - to attach the ramp structures; • Design, manufacture and installation of steel structures for construction of facilities for parking. In 2015, a growth of 37% in energy consumption compared to 2014 tend indicators for electricity to grow significantly in the coming years, as the volume of production will increase due to foreseen market expansion. The main challenges facing the company are related to that part of the main production equipment is morally and physically obsolete and low energy efficiency. The investment project envisages replacement of the existing technological equipment being purchased new equipment with higher technological capabilities, integrated system for heat recovery system for monitoring energy consumption. After integrating the latest technological equipment, the production capacity of the enterprise will grow significantly, which in turn will reduce fuel costs greatly, as well as energy consumption per unit of production.
