Increasing energy efficiency in "Plam Engineering" Ltd

In this project will be optimized production in "Plam Engineering" Ltd by replacing part of the existing equipment, system integration heat recovery system for monitoring energy consumption: • Hydraulic folding press (measure 1 Energy Audit); • Hydraulic guillotine shears CNC (measure 2 by the Energy Audit); • Combined hydraulic shears with 5 workstations (Measure 3 from the Energy Audit); • Shaft hydraulic bending machine Sheet (measure 4 by the Energy Audit); • Hydraulic trirolkova bending machine (measure 5 by the Energy Audit); • ventilation with heat recovery to heat recovery (measure 6 by the Energy Audit); • A system for monitoring energy consumption (CME) (Action 7 of the Energy Audit). After integrating the above mentioned technological equipment, the production capacity of the enterprise will grow significantly, which in turn will lead to taking more orders and expansion of the enterprise, as well as lower energy consumption per unit of production.
