Increasing the energy efficiency of "HMG Agro" Ltd by installation of energy-saving technological equipment.

Through a system of measures to increase the efficiency of energy consumption "HMG Agro" Ltd can reduce consumption, energy costs and greenhouse and harmful gases in the air. Replacement of old machines with new ones is necessary because the existing are highly morally and physically outdated, less productive and more energy intensive per unit of output compared with the expected new machines. To increase the energy efficiency of "HMG Agro" Ltd and to reduce its energy costs the following measures are provided: Measure 1- reducing the cost of diesel fuel and optimizing production activity in the company through the purchase of new, highly efficient mini excavator -hammer; Measure 2 -reducing the cost of diesel fuel and optimizing production activity in the company through the purchase of new, highly efficient mini loader; Measure 3 -reducing the cost of diesel fuel and optimizing production activity in the company through the purchase of new, highly efficient mini crane; Measure 4- reducing the cost of energy production facilities through the purchase of new, energy efficient mechanical ventilation system to recover residual heat; Measure 5- reducing energy costs by introducing automated systems for monitoring energy consumption. The mini excavator-hammer, mini loader and mini crane will be located at the production site of "Asarel Medet" JSC at the territory of Panagiurishte. These measures are necessary because they will provide significantly higher productivity in the production process of "HMG Agro" Ltd, and especially because the production will be significantly more energy efficient and energy saving and on this basis will provide a significant reduction of emissions CO2.
