Increasing energy efficiency in the "Lider mag Ltd. buying new equipment

"Lider mag" LTD was founded in 2006 with main activity manufacture and repair of parts for the glass industry: plungers, rings, bottom plates, etc. The materials from which "Lider mag" LTD produces their products are mostly ductile iron, as well as some specific materials, such as APXV and P43V. At present, the company works mainly for the domestic market as its customers are local manufacturers of glass - Trakia Glass, Yula Glass, etc. With this project proposal the company plans to update and improve its production equipment. This will lead to increased energy efficiency and competitiveness of the company, lower production costs and reduced emissions of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. Two new machines will be purchased - Lathe-milling processing machines will be delivered and installed in the company's property in Targovishte. Another project investment will be the implementation and certification under ISO 50001. The planned project activities are: 1. Carrying out an energy efficiency audit; 2. Purchasing 2 lathe-milling processing machines; 3. Implementation and certification under ISO 50001:2011; 4. Visualization and publicity.
