"Energy efficiency "ML-CONSULT-2009 " Ltd."

In this project are set activities to implement the recommendations of the energy report which categorically coincide with the development strategy of "ML-Consult-2009" Ltd to increase the energy efficiency of existing production of aggregate materials on the project will be delivered put into operation assets for opening a production line factions: Front loader, which will power to aggregate the new Mobile rotary crusher Crawler excavator - 2 pcs., which will store the produced fractions and shipped finished products and a system for monitoring energy consumption that will optimize the production process by reducing energy consumption. The choice of assets with precise volumes to be produced in order to ensure a continuous production process with low energy consumption. For the realization of the goals set in the project and achieve Mr. sustainability of the results will be certified Energy management system. As a result of the implementation of the planned activities are expected energy savings of EUR 3 197.63 MWh / year. or 68.87% of total energy consumption and reduce the emission of CO2 emissions by 904.68 tons / year, which will lead to lower energy intensity at both the plant site and overall economy. Increasing the energy efficiency of "ML-CONSULT-2009" Ltd. will reduce production costs, greening and enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise. Production capacity will increase from 100 t / h at present to 400 tons / hour after completion of project activities. The new assets will enable enterprise producing three new products for the foundations of roads, production of concrete, bitumen emulsions, allowing for better planning and efficiency in the production of manufactured factions. The project will identify two jobs.
