Increasing energy efficiency and productiveness and reducing CO2 emissions of "Isav-1" EOOD.

The current project proposal aims to reduce energy costs and CO2 emissions and increase the productiveness of "ISAV-1" EOOD through a system of measures, envisaged in the energy audit: Measure 1 - Replacement of the existing hydraulic guillotine and cutting machine with a new hydraulic guillotine with higher productiveness and lower energy consumption Measure 2 - Replacement of the old plasma cutting system and compressor with a new automatic laser cutting system with a screw oil compressor with higher productiveness and lower energy consumption Measure 3- Replacement of the existing hidraulic folding press with a new one with higher productiveness and lower energy consumption Measure 4- Replacement of the existing folding machine with a new four-shafted hidraulic folding machine with higher productiveness and lower energy consumption Measure 5- Replacement of the existing shafts for folding metal sheets with a new three-shafted electromechanical machine with higher productiveness and lower energy consumption Measure 6- Replacement of the existing drilling machines with new column driling machines with higher productiveness and lower energy consumption Measure 7- Replacement of the existing single girder crane with a new one with higher productiveness and lower energy consumption Measure 8- Replacement of the existing welding machines with new ones with higher productiveness and lower energy consumption The envisaged measures are needed not only for achieving significantly higher productiveness but also for substantial reduction of energy consumption and CO2 emissions of "ISAV-1" EOOD
