Increasing the energy efficiency of Plaseka Ltd.

The project is focused on expanding activities of Plaseka Ltd. and reducing its energy consumption by purchasing new equipment, thereby increasing the production capacity of the company and improving its energy efficiency. The project aims to introduce a highly efficient, energy saving equipment to expand production of fabricated metal products (cylinder liners for petrol engines and air compressors; spare parts for agricultural machinery, mining industry, household products). The new machines will significantly speed up the production process due to the significantly higher production capacity, making it possible to produce more products in lesser time and at lower power consumption, reducing the scrap, leading to an expansion in the volume of production of the company. The company plans to replace the existing old dated equipment, purchasing new high-tech and energy efficient equipment . In particular, the company intends to purchase and put into operation the following high-tech equipment: - CNC vertical machine center - CNC lathe - CNC lathe - CNC lathe - CNC machine center - Energy management system ISO 50001 for more efficient management of energy flows in the enterprise. All measures, envisaged in the project, are planned as a result of the specialized energy audit. In addition, the project also includes activities for visualization and energy audit.
