"Energy Efficiency in Caro Trading Ltd."

The project activities are aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of fractions of aggregates in the enterprise, which will realize the goals set in the company's strategy to reduce production costs, greening and increase its competitiveness. With investments will expand the production capacity of existing commercial production facility of aggregate materials. It is envisaged that the delivery and commissioning of the production line factions, including the following assets: Crushing and screening plant, wheel loader, Excavators, Mini loader and automated system for monitoring energy consumption of production site of "Caro Trading" Ltd. . The project will be implemented and certified ISO 50001: 2011 Energy Management Systems. With the realization of the planned activities will be implemented recommendations from the energy report and will achieve tangible results that are consistent with the commitments of "Caro Trading" LTD to comply with corporate policy in its overall development: - Saving energy consumption by 3,380,218 kWh / a., Which is 64.33% of total energy consumption; - Reduce production costs by reducing specific consumption per production unit with 4,38 kWh / m3; - Protecting the environment by reducing harmful emissions by 1933, 72 tons / year. and crushing of pre-screened material which is up to 30% of raw materials.   - Implementation and certification of Energy Management Systems ISO 50001: 2011.
