Improving the energy efficiency of "Sirena - Peshev amp;Co"

The project is focused on expanding activities of "Sirena - Peshev amp; Co" and reducing its energy consumption by purchasing new equipment, thereby increasing the production capacity of the company and improving its energy efficiency. The project aims to introduce a highly efficient, energy-saving equipment to overcome the limitations of precision machining of metal parts - the main element of the production of "Sirena - Peshev and Co." The new machines will significantly speed up the production process due to the significantly higher production capacity, making it possible to produce more products in lesser time and at lower power consumption, reducing the scrap, leading to an expansion in the volume of production of the company. The company plans to replace the old energy-inefficient existing equipment, purchasing new high-tech and energy efficient production equipment . In particular, the company intends to purchase and put into operation the following high-tech equipment for manufacturing: - CNC vertical machine centre - Measure 1 - CNC lathe - Measure 2 - Fiber Laser - Measure 3 - CNC press - Measure 4 The project aims to introduce energy management system - ISO 50001 for more efficient management of energy flows in the enterprise. With the introduction of the new high-tech equipment for manufacturing will achieve greater productivity, lower specific energy consumption, high quality of final product and minimized waste and increased work safety.
