"Reducing energy consumption and increasing energy efficiency in "BERK PLAST HMG Ltd."

Through a system of measures to increase the efficiency of energy consumption "Berk Plast HMG" Ltd. can reduce consumption, energy costs and greenhouse and harmful gases in the air. To increase the energy efficiency of "Berk Plast HMG" Ltd. and to reduce its energy costs the following measures are provided: Measure 1 - Reduce energy costs, increase energy efficiency, optimize production activity in the company through the purchase, delivery and installation of a new press brake press with CNC control - 1 piece; Measure 2 - Reduce energy costs and increase productivity through the purchase of new, energy-saving hydraulic guillotine - 1 piece; Measure 3 - Reduce energy costs and increase productivity through the purchase of new, energy-saving four shaft hydraulic bending machine - 1 piece; Measure 4 - Reduce energy costs and increase productivity through the purchase of new, energy-saving semi-automated system for air with integrated flange - 1 piece; Measure 5 - Reduce energy costs and increase productivity through the purchase of new, energy-saving machine for producing round air ducts of sheet metal band - 1 piece; Measure 6 - Reduce energy costs and increase productivity through the purchase of new, energy-saving automatic camera shot blasting processing sheet metal and profile filtering system - 1 piece. These measures are needed both because they will be provide significantly higher performance in the production process of "Berk Plast HMG" Ltd. and especially because the production will be significantly more energy efficient and more energy saving and on this basis it will provide a significant reduction of emissions CO2.
