"Sinter - M" AD is located in Yambol and is specialized in the design and manufacture of sintered parts and metal parts by powder metallurgy. The company produces solid structural elements of iron base as bushings, rollers, gears, gear pairs of pumps, nuts, washers, flanges and filter elements; soft magnetic parts with certain magnetic properties. The company is also specialized in production of parts on the basis of non-ferrous metals (copper, bronze, brass and aluminum). Production is separated into the following processes and operations: 1. preparation of tooling; 2. The compression of the metal and sintered parts; 3. firing of sintered metal parts; 4. additional processes: calibration, drilling, drilling, boring, threading, oxidation or other coatings. The company has manufacturing and warehouse to realize its activity located in the industrial zone of Yambol. The project envisages the purchase of a production line for metal components and integration of system of heat recovery and system for monitoring of energy consumption. After integrating the above mentioned technological equipment, energy efficiency of the enterprise will grow significantly, which in turn will reduce fuel costs greatly, as well as energy consumption per unit of production.
