"Improving the energy and resource efficiency in "Kiryaevska var "Ltd. through the purchase of new energy efficient equipment"

The draft "Kiryaevska lime" Ltd. provides purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of a new, modern MET (Crushing and screening plants) - Measure 1 of an energy audit, to produce different kinds of factions pretroshena rock. The differences in the manufacturing process of enterprise after buying a new MET will be mainly in the technical implementation because technological process will remain the same. The main difference would be the use of energy to power the equipment. The new crushing - screening plant will operate entirely on electricity without using diesel fuel. In addition, the new equipment has conveyor belts that will replace the front loader used in the existing control system. Significant improvements are in technical performance of the new equipment. Old screening module with total installed capacity of 30 kW, and the capacity of diesel engines respectively of 226,6 kW the diesel generator and 172,2 kW the front loader. For comparison, the power of the new MET is 541,7 kW, with full power, without the use of diesel engines. The productivity of the old installation is 75 t / h, while the new equipment has an average performance 300 t / h. All this, and given the almost complete automation of production will lead to significant energy savings and higher productivity for the company. Beneficiary provides the project to introduce a system of energy management / energy management / certification and BS EN ISO 50001. These actions will reduce the cost of energy resources, limiting the consumption of energy resources and thus - protection the environment, and continuously measuring and analyzing the energy efficiency. The project will be a turnaround 18 months and a total value 2 184 500.00 BGN without VAT.
