Increasing energy and resource efficiency "Inertni Materiali 2012" Ltd. through the purchase of new energy efficient equipment

This project proposal envisages purchasing new: crawler excavator (Measure 1) wheel loader (Measure 2), mechanical ventilation system in a production building for recovery of residual heat (Measure 3) and a system for monitoring energy consumption of Measure 1 - chain excavator (Measure 4). The new equipment has a higher performance and lower energy consumption per unit of output. Provided for the purchase excavator has an output 141 kW and maximum capacity bucket - 1.82 cubic meters Wheel loader with bucket capacity 3.6 cubic meters and power of the diesel engine 143 kW. The project envisages the purchase of mechanical ventilation system in the production facility for recovery of residual heat, which comprises: 1) forced suction unit with recuperator, el. Heating kit with two fans and filters, and 2) ducts and ventilation grills. Fan power is 0,40 kW, and of el. Heating element is 5 kW. The maximum expected performance of recuperation is 74%. The system for monitoring energy consumption of the chain excavator consists of: 1) energy management software, and 2) gauge efficiency of construction machinery (measurement of fuel consumption, movement of the machine and number of strokes). New technological equipment is high-end with low fuel consumption, which in turn will lead to increased savings CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. Beneficiary provides the project to introduce a system of energy management / energy management / certification and BS EN ISO 50001. These actions will reduce the cost of energy resources, limiting the consumption of energy resources and thus - protection environment. The project will be a turnaround 18 months and a total value 561 026.99 BGN, VAT excluded.
