"Competitiveness axis energy efficiency Bystrica 2002 Ltd."

The project proposal includes activities to improve production processes and activities for implementation of new technologies to improve energy and resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production of asphalt mixtures "Bistrica 2002" Ltd, registered in the energy audit.  With the financial support will be purchased and put into operation Asphalt base for the production of asphalt mixtures in order to support the capacity of the company for easier access to markets, sustainable development, presence and effective use of the benefits of growth in these markets. With the implementation of the project will improve energy efficiency in the enterprise and its competitiveness through measures to introduce new technologies to improve energy efficiency in the production process of asphalt mixtures, introduction of technological methods to reduce consumption of natural resources and energy, waste technologies, recovery scrap and production waste. With the investment in the project would increase the energy efficiency of enterprise by achieving energy savings of 12,450,947 kWh / y or 87.31% of total energy consumption and reducing specific consumption per unit of 91.78 kWh / t, which will reduce production costs, greening and increase its competitiveness. This in turn will have a positive effect not only on specific companies but the wider economy. The company will introduce a certified energy management system ISO 50001: 2011. The social impact of the project includes the opening of two new jobs. The expected results are related to the creation and development of competitive advantages "Bistrica 2002" Ltd, based on improved energy efficiency and efficient production processes, including through improved resource efficiency, increased production capacity and product quality.
