Increasing energy efficiency, optimizing production activity and reduce electricity costs in the "ZKI Volta " Ltd.

The investment project of "ZKI Volta" Ltd., provides for the reduction of energy costs and optimize production activity in the company, buying new equipment with higher technological possibility: 1. El . Calender for automated management (three shaft ) 75kW, 22kW calender and extruder ( Measure 1 Energy Audit) ; 2. Injection molding machine for polyethylene and plastic products, complete with matrix parts with two sockets (Measure 2 by the Energy Audit); 3. Hydraulic press equipped with termostantsiya and 17 molds ( Measure 3 from the Energy Audit) ; 4. Termostantsiya to press ( Measure 4 by the Energy Audit) ; 5. Mill for plastic ( Measure 5 of the Energy Audit) . After integrating the above mentioned technological equipment , production capacity of the "ZKI Volta" Ltd. will increase significantly , which in turn will lead to the uptake and implementation of more orders and expansion of the enterprise, as well as lower power consumption per unit of output . "ZKI Volta" Ltd. provides the project to introduce a system of energy management / energy management / certification and BS EN ISO 50001. These actions will reduce the cost of energy resources, limiting the consumption of energy resources and thus - protection the environment, and continuously measuring and analyzing the energy efficiency.
