Increasing energy efficiency in ELIT-PATNA SIGNALIZATSIYA Ltd.

The main activity of ELIT-ROAD SIGNS LTD is the construction of highways and roads. Moreover, the company produces equipment for the organization and safety of traffic, road signs and nameplates. With this project the company will purchase equipment for road signs and nameplates, which filed in KID 25.99. Improving energy efficiency to achieve resists growth and competitiveness is a basic need of the company. Her satisfaction is the main objective of the project which will be implemented through the following activities: 1. Acquisition of new manufacturing equipment 2. Acquisition of a system for monitoring energy consumption 3. Utilization of residual heat by recuperator 4. Consultancy services for implementation and certification of energy management system in accordance with standard ISO 50001 The activity of selecting a contractor to prepare an energy audit is completed prior to submission of the project proposal. Through the implementation of the above activities, including energy efficiency measures included in the approved SEDA energy report (Opinion №BG16RFOP-201 /09.08.2016) will achieve the following key results: 1. delivered, installed and commissioned production equipment - CNC plasma cutter, Hydraulic Brake, Welding apparatus-2 pcs, Low solvent-based large-format printer 2. delivered, installed and put into operation a system for monitoring energy consumption 3. utilized residual heat 4. received a certificate in accordance with standard ISO 50001 5. filled activities for environmental protection 6. annual energy savings - 72 167kWh/year 7. emissions saved CO2 - 100,378 t/year 8. vizualization of the project Through the implementation of project activities and achieve planned results will expand the capacity of existing shed will reduce the cost of unit production, will develop environmentally sound production and improve energy efficiency of the company.
