Improving the energy efficiency of RV ENGINEERING Ltd

RV ENGINEERING Ltd has got a main economic activity code: 41.20 - Construction of residential and non-residential buildings. The company activities encompass the entire construction process – from all stages of design, construction, finishing works up to their realisation on the market. RV ENGINEERING Ltd has rented a base located at 37A Georgi Kirilov street, Mezdra, Vratsa Province after carrying out a survey and due to the presence of potential clients in Northwestern Bulgaria. The machines will be transported to and used in the aforementioned base when not in use on any other building site across the country. Maintenance of the equipment will be carried out in the base. In order to improve its energy efficiency and to expand its range of activities, the company is planning to invest in the following new equipment: crane truck; backhoe loader with a hydraulic hammer and a crusher bucket for recycling of old construction materials; horizontal directional drilling machine with a technical tool. The company will reduce its energy consumption by utilisation of the residual compressor heat used for heating up the pipes of the new directional drilling machine, thus increasing its efficiency. RV ENGINEERING Ltd is planning to implement an automated energy consumption monitoring system and to make use of consulting services for implementation and certification of an energy management system in accordance with the BDS EN ISO 50001 standard. Through the project RV ENGINEERING Ltd is planning to purchase new high-capacity heavy equipment and thus, to expand its range of activities, to decrease the construction cost price and ultimately, to become more competitive. This is a prerequisite for stable development, which will improve the market position of the company in the construction industry.
