"Mech" Ltd. is developing its activities in the production of cosmetics and perfumery products in Haskovo, where the company was founded in 2008. Initially, the company was focused only on sale of cosmetic products and parfyumeriini to present the company manufactures and sells its own brand cosmetics. This project proposal the company provides renovation and improvement of production equipment in order increasing energy efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise in order to achieve lower production costs and reduce emissions of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. It is envisaged that a project to buy automatic filling line of parfyum- 2 pcs., Rotating table for submission of blank packages- 1 pc., Tubopalnachna automatic line for filling and closing of emulsions and gels in laminate and copolymers tubi- 1 pc., homogenized system with controlled-200 l.- 1 pc., labeling machine Self-adhesive Labelling 1pc., Line filling shampoan- 1pc., systems and reverse osmosis plant softening water supplies 1 pc., packing machines with tselofan- 1pc .; to improve the quality and quantity of production. To increase the efficiency and targeted energy management provides implementation and certification standard for energy management ISO 50001 in order to improve energy efficiency to achieve rapid effect by energy-related assets, while simultaneously reducing costs and energy consumption. Provided to implement activities in the proposal are: 1. Acquisition of new manufacturing equipment 2. Implementation and certification of energy management systems - ISO 50001; 3. Perform an energy audit form; 4. Publicity and visualization.
