Enhancement the competitiveness and production capacity of Newsaid Ltd., by improving its resource and energy efficiency

The following project proposal is aimed at the stimulating and increasing the resource and energy efficiency of the industrial system of Newsaid ltd and also to the improving of the production capacity through the sequential activities: Procurement of energy efficient manufacturing equipment: Installation for thermal treatment of flooring planks; Automatic line for composing an interlayer for multilayer parquet; Purchasing of Automatic energy monitoring system; Procurement of energy efficient recycling equipment (the activity will be implemented by purchasing of Scrapped flooring recycling machine); performing construction works of industrial building - supply and installation of Heat recovery ventilation system; Consultancy services for implementation and certification of standard BDS EN ISO 50001. The new equipment will provide high quality and precise performance of the operations, effective and efficient use of all input resources and of the consumed energy during manufacturing process. Through implementation of the system for energy monitoring and the certification of standard BDS EN ISO 50001, the company will optimize its processes, regarding the energy consumption and energy management. The equipment which is indented to be bought is of the highest technological class, and that will lead to manufacturing of products with high quality indicators. At the same time will be created technological opportunities for decreasing the production cost and increasing the amount of manufactured products, by lowering the percentage of spoilage and the full automation of manufacturing processes. With the new equipment it will be possible to recycle the discarded products, which will improve the recourse efficiency in the company. This will cut the costs for all input resources, and that will lead to decreasing of the production costs.
