Increasing energy and resource efficiency "Bulmeks" Ltd. by purchasing new machines

This project proposal envisages replacement of old excavator with a new wheel excavator (Measure 1), replacing the old loader with a new wheel loader (Measure 2) and replacement of the old crushing - screening plant with new crushing - screening plant (Measure 3). The new equipment has a higher performance and lower energy consumption per unit of output. Provided for the purchase wheeled excavator has a maximum power - 129 kW / 173 hp at speed - 2000 rpm. and indicative fuel consumption of 8.1 l / h. in lighter regime to 17.3 l / h. heavy duty. Maximum engine power to the front loader is 220 kW / 300 hp at speed - 1300 rpm. Indicative its fuel consumption is between 8.4 l / h. in lighter regime to 20.8 l / h. heavy duty. Both excavators have systems to improve environmental performance through the processing of exhaust gases (diesel particulate filter) and systems to improve energy efficiency. The new MET will have a total installed capacity of 200 kW, rated power 149,4 kW and will include the following key components: I. cone crusher capacity - 140 t / h and the diameter of the cone head - 700 mm. II. Wash tridekovo sieve screening area of 8 square meters III. Hydrocyclone dewatering system, including receiving tub and water pump IV. Strips, structures, hoppers and feeders. The planned purchase installation has a single performance in times of old, which leads to much lower energy consumption per unit of output. Beneficiary provides the project to introduce a system of energy management / energy management / certification and BS EN ISO 50001. These actions will reduce the cost of energy resources, limiting the consumption of energy resources and thus - protection environment. The project will be a turnaround 18 months and a total value 2 180 329.00 BGN without VAT.
