Energy efficient solutions for expanding the production capacity of "Globus Group" Ltd.

Arox Ltd. is a manufacturing company located in Sofia, which manufactures concrete products, and that since the beginning of 2016 employs 11 people. The entire output of the company is purchased by major distributors of building materials in Bulgaria. The market is rapidly evolving and the company feels the need to expand production capacity. This project involves activities leading to expansion of production capacity and increase the energy efficiency of the company, and reduce costs of the company unit in order to increase energy efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise to achieve low production costs, reduce emissions of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. The applicant has ordered the energy audit in accordance with the requirement of the funding program and investment intentions. To increase energy efficiency and expand capacity, the company intend to implement in production process new automatic system for two-layer concrete slabs with a greater capacity of existing one, and able to produce various sized concrete products; investments for integration and certification to standard EN / ISO 50001 in order to manage the energy performance, control and reduction of energy consumption in the company. The project will be realized through the implementation of the following eligible activities under this procedure: 1). Expansion of production activity through the acquisition of new production equipment Automatic system for two-layer concrete slabs - 1 pc. 2). Consultancy services for integration and certification of energy management system in accordance with standard EN ISO 50001 (Energy management system). 3). Performing an energy audit form. 4). Publicity and visualization of the project.
