Improving energy efficiency in "INEX TRADE" LTD

The current project will be accomplished by “INEX TRADE” Ltd. - Construction company, specialized in all sorts of activities that are associated with high and low construction, all phases of the construction site from its design to commissioning the finished object. Our company provides construction of residential, public, industrial and commercial buildings. The project aims the realization of measures to improve the energy efficiency and increase the capacity of the company. Measure 1 - Purchase of new hybrid excavator Measure 2 - Purchase of new multifunctional wheeled excavator loader The following measures are based on recommendations made from Energy efficiency survey, approved by Sustainable Energy Development Agency (SEDA), with document № BG16RFOP-712/ 02.09.2016 The implementation of the project and the measures will lead to: Planned energy savings in the amount of 25.64%; Energy Saving Ratio (ESR) total: 44.12 % The deadline for redeeming planned investment is 4.6 years, at an internal rate of return of 18.46% This project includes the following activities Element A "Investments": Investments for the implementation of energy efficiency measures – choosing supplier and supply of the equipment Element B "Services": * Energy efficiency survey; * Integration and certification of Energy Management System, with the requirements laid down in the Bulgarian State Standards BDS EN ISO 50001; * Visibility and publicity The total budget amounts to 559 660 BGN, VAT excl. Estimated project duration is 18 months.
