Increasing energy efficiency in AGAT-56 Ltd.

The main activity of AGAT-56 Ltd. is a production of electrical panels equipped household and industrial metal cabinets, panels and other metal products, service provision powder coating, welding services, cutting, bending. The core demand of the company is to improve energy efficiency for sustainable growth and competitiveness. Satisfying this demand is the main objective of the project which will be implemented through the following activities: 1. Acquisition of new manufacturing equipment 2. Acquisition of a system for monitoring energy consumption 3.Consultancy services for implementation and certification of energy management system in accordance with standard BS EN ISO 50001 The activity of selecting a contractor to prepare an energy audit is completed prior to submission of the project proposal. Through the implementation of the above activities, including energy efficiency measures included in the approved SEDA energy report (Opinion № BG16RFOP-610/29.08.2016) will achieve the following results: 1. delivered, installed and commissioned production equipment - Automatic gantry machine for cutting metal sheets - 1pc; CNC hydraulic folding press - 1pc. 2. delivered, installed and put into operation a system for monitoring energy consumption 3. received a certificate in accordance with standard BS EN ISO 50001 4. filled activities for environmental protection 5. energy savings - 59 642 kWh/year 6. emission savings CO2 - 48.847 t/year 7. vizualization of the project Through the implementation of project activities and achieve planned results will expand the capacity of existing shed will reduce the cost of unit production, will develop environmentally sound production and improve energy efficiency of the company.
