Increasing energy efficiency in ET MITKO TANEV-KOMERSIAL-DIMITAR TANEV

The main activity of ET "Mitko TANEV-COMMERCIAL-Dimitar Tanev" is a design, engineering and manufacturing of tooling for plastic products. The main need of the company is to improve energy efficiency for sustainable growth and competitiveness. Satisfying this demand is the main objective of the project which will be implemented through the following activities: 1. Acquisition of new manufacturing equipment 2. Consultancy services for implementation and certification of energy management system in accordance with standard BS EN ISO 50001 The activity of selecting a contractor to prepare an energy audit is completed prior to submission of the project proposal and it is at the expense of the applicant. Activities for the preparation of financial audit will be carried out after the delivery, installation and commissioning of production equipment and obtained the certificate of ISO 50001 and it is at the expense of the applicant. Through the implementation of the above activities, including energy efficiency measures included in the approved SEDA energy report (Opinion № BG16RFOP-478 / 26.08.2016) will achieve the following key results: 1. delivered, installed and commissioned production equipment - CNC horizontal machining center - 1 pc; CNC doublecolumn milling center - 1pc; Coordinate Measuring Machines - 1pc; Bulk erosion - 1pc 2. received a certificate in accordance with standard BS EN ISO 50001 3. filled activities for environmental protection 4. energy savings - 440 261 kWh/year 5. emission savings CO2 - 360.574 t /year 6. vizualization of the project Through the implementation of project activities and achieve planned results will expand the capacity of existing shed will reduce the cost of unit production, will develop environmentally sound production and improve the energy efficiency of the company.
