Increasing energy and resource efficiency "Stone Komers" Ltd. through the purchase of new energy efficient equipment

This project proposal envisages purchasing new: hydraulic excavator (Measure 1), front wheel loader (Measure 2) and 2 pieces quarry lorries (Measure 3). The new equipment has a higher performance and lower energy consumption per unit of output. Provided for the purchase hydraulic excavator has a unit capacity of the diesel engine - 226 kW and maximum capacity of the hard bucket - 2.15 cubic meters The average productivity of the machine is 125 m³ / h. with an average fuel consumption - 20 l. / hr. Front wheel loader's bucket with volume of 5 cubic meters and unit capacity of the diesel engine 232 kW. Its average performance for one hour is 125 cubic meters with average fuel consumption of 14 l. / hr. Planned to buy 2 pcs. quarry lorries with unit capacity of the diesel engine 298 kW at an average performance of each of the new machines 60 m³ / h. Weight of each machine is 22.6 tons. And their capacity - 30 tons. New technological equipment is of a high standard achieved times higher performance than the old machines now used at the time. Last but not least, the new assets with low fuel consumption, which in turn will lead to increased savings CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. Beneficiary provides the project to introduce a system of energy management / energy management / certification and BS EN ISO 50001. These actions will reduce the cost of energy resources, limiting the consumption of energy resources and thus - protection environment. The project will be a turnaround 18 months and a total value 2 212 721.42 BGN, VAT excluded.
