Increasing energy and resource efficiency "Vins In Hok" Ltd. through the purchase of new energy efficient equipment

This project proposal envisages the purchase of 4 pieces of new backhoe - loaders (Measure 1), heat recovery ventilation for heat recovery (Measure 2) and an automated system for monitoring energy consumption (Measure 3). The new equipment has a higher performance and lower power consumption. Planned to buy 4 pieces backhoe - loaders have a unit capacity of diesel engines with 55 kW and an average output 340 tons. / Hr. The average fuel consumption of the new machines is 20 l. / Hr. Excavators are equipped with multi-purpose loader bucket with a volume of 1.03 cubic meters tooth and forks as well as 2 more bucket tooth and width respectively 305 mm and 610 mm. At supplied the equipment is turned on and hydraulic hammer. Construction of ventilation system with highly efficient heat recovery for utilization of waste heat from the extracted air of the work area. Its maximum capacity is 360 cubic meters / hr., And ongest expected performance of recuperation is 75%. The system for monitoring energy consumption of four backhoe - loaders from Measure 1 consists of: 1) energy management software, and 2) gauge efficiency of construction machinery (measurement of fuel consumption, movement of the machine and number of strokes) . New technological equipment is high-end with low fuel consumption, which in turn will lead to increased savings CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. Beneficiary provides the project to introduce a system of energy management / energy management / certification and BS EN ISO 50001. These actions will reduce the cost of energy resources, limiting the consumption of energy resources and thus - protection environment. The project will be a turnaround 17 months and a total value 544 608.00 BGN, VAT excluded.
