Excavators are equipped with multi-purpose loader bucket with a volume of 1.03 cubic meters tooth and forks as well as 2 more bucket tooth and width respectively 305 mm and 610 mm. At supplied the equipment is turned on and hydraulic hammer. Construction of ventilation system with highly efficient heat recovery for utilization of waste heat from the extracted air of the work area. Its maximum capacity is 360 cubic meters / hr., And ongest expected performance of recuperation is 75%. The system for monitoring energy consumption of four backhoe - loaders from Measure 1 consists of: 1) energy management software, and 2) gauge efficiency of construction machinery (measurement of fuel consumption, movement of the machine and number of strokes) . New technological equipment is high-end with low fuel consumption, which in turn will lead to increased savings CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. Beneficiary provides the project to introduce a system of energy management / energy management / certification and BS EN ISO 50001.
