"Detelina I" Ltd. was established in 2011. with headquarters in the city. Haskovo Quarter area Derekyoy Topra. The company is specializes in the production of plastic containers for yogurt thermoforming method. The company has two thermoforming lines - one with an installed capacity of 120 kW, while the other delivers 140 kW. Starting material by thermoforming lines are white yogurt and waste product. In connection with the growing demand for yogurt with color printing on them, the company has a printer for making such printing with an installed capacity of 15 kW. The heat from thermoforming lines is significant for the purposes of ensuring the proper functioning of the process the heat is removed by cooling system. Also for the purpose of technology is to install air compressor with capacity 30 kW. To increase the energy efficiency of existing production and reduce production costs the company plans the implementation of these energy-saving measures: 1) Measure 1: Buying a printer for polymer packaging 2) Measure 2: Purchase of mill for grinding plastic In the project "Energy Efficiency" in Detelina-I Ltd." will be achieved following direct results: - Purchased, delivered and put into operation a line for color print of plastic packaging; - Purchased, delivered and put into operation a mill for grinding plastic; - Introduced and certified energy management system in accordance with standard BS EN ISO 50001:2011; - Annual energy savings from recommended package (SG): 857 136 kWh / a .; - Planned energy savings for the enterprise as a result of project implementation (PES): 82.53%; - Factor energy savings (ESR) Total: 95.70%; - Payback period of investment: 4.79 years .; - IRR: 19,40%.
