Improvement of the energy efficiency of PRESTIGE 2007 Ltd.

„PRESTIGE 2007” Ltd. was registered at the beginning of 2006 and is based in Plovdiv with main economic activity code: 2008 – 20.41 Soap and detergents, cleaning and polishing preparations. The production facility of the company is located in the industrial zone of Manole, Plovdiv Municipality. The company has got a production capacity of 4 million litres per annum and has swiftly managed to develop a wide range of cleaning products: window and furniture cleaner, cleaners for sanitary facilities and limescale remover, degreaser, washing-up liquids, toilet cleaners, floor cleaners, 2 in 1 laundry liquid detergents with fabric conditioner, liquid soap and a wide range of professional products, which are suitable for restaurants, hotels, manufacturing facilities, carwash facilities etc. The company also offers Private Label products. All products are in compliance with the latest requirements and standards. Through the project „PRESTIGE 2007” Ltd. is planning to improve its energy efficiency by purchasing and implementing a new high-tech and high-capacity equipment, as follows: - A line, designed for bottling, sealing and labelling of laundry and cleaning products; - Homogenisers for laundry and cleaning products. The company intends to reduce its energy consumption by implementing an automated energy consumption monitoring system and a recuperator system for utilisation of the residual heat energy as well as by utilising renewable resources. Services concerning an Energy audit preparation for establishment of energy-efficient investment measures, ISO 50001 implementation and certification and Visualisation will be used. By improving its energy efficiency and by reducing the cost price, „PRESTIGE 2007” Ltd. will enhance its competitiveness, which is a prerequisite for its stable development.
