"Increasing energy efficiency in "VIKTORIA-05" Ltd"

The Project Offer is focused on the competitiveness level improvement of a medium enterprise in the production sector by the implementation of energy efficiency (EE). Despite the good market position and comparative advantages, weak link in the company manufacturing activity is the high energy intensity of production, increasing the share of energy component in the cost price and making it uncompetitive at the market. The company manufacturing activity is hindered by the usage of both extremely ineffective heating and the absence of renovated industrial building, resulting in an interruption of the technological process, uncomfortable working environment, causing industrial and financial losses - waste, fluctuation of manpower, leading to contract non-implementation. The solution of these problems determines the need of implementation of the envisaged investment measures in energy auditing. The activities planned under Item A "Investments" are: 1. Optimization of energy consumption for 4 industrial halls through acquisition of ceramic gas radiant heating system, 1 unit; 2. Activities under Construction works - for improvement of the functional characteristics of the industrial hall 1 by renovation; 3. Equipment improvement by purchasing a robot welding system, 1unit; 4. Acquisition of production equipment, purchasing a shot blasting machine, 1 unit. Under Item B - "Services", the project envisages the following activities: introduction and Certification of energy management System in compliance with standard BS EN ISO 50001, which will establish a framework for management and continuous improvement of the energy characteristics, control and reduction of energy consumption; publicity and visualization. The following results are anticipated after the project implementation: realized energy savings - 296 204 kWh / yearly, CO2 emissions, avoided "greenhouse" effect in the atmosphere - 328, 5 tons / yearly.
