Increasing energy efficiency in "Vitavel" JSC.

This project contains a set of energy saving measures aimed at increasing energy efficiency "Vitavel" JSC.It provides investment activities in replacement of outdated production capacities in "Vitavel" AD one of the key areas of the production process in the enterprise, with modern energy-saving equipment of high technology klas. tThe two proposed measures are tehnoligichally bound and their eventual realization in the package should yield a cumulative positive effect on the energy sector and real production capacity, creating the prerequisites for rapid and significant growth of the company. Their implementation will lead directly to an increase in energy and resource efficiency, expand production capacity, reduce the cost and increase the quality and quantity of the production. The heart of the project is placed purchase and commissioning of steam generator to replace the force at currently depreciated, low-efficiency boiler and a new drying table corrugated sheet with significantly lower cost steam and electricity used now in production "Vitavel" JSC. So the measures envisaged will lead to an increase in energy and resource efficiency, reduce technology residue , lowering production costs and increasing the capacity of the line for corrugated cardboard, and hence an overall expansion of production capacity of the enterprise. In addition, by increasing the capacity of the line for corrugated cardboard,now it can use larger amounts of recycled materials which can be used in the production, thereby will be implemented direct positive effect on the environmental performance in the process of "Vitavel" JSC.
