Increasing energy efficiency in SENIORA Ltd.

The main activity of Senor Ltd. is a production of women's lingerie and ladies', men's and children's hosiery. The core demand of the company is to improve energy efficiency for sustainable growth and competitiveness. Satisfying this demand is the main objective of the project which will be implemented through the following activities: 1. Acquisition of new manufacturing equipment 2. Acquisition of a system for monitoring energy consumption incl hardware and software 3. Utilization of residual heat by building ventilation system 4. consultancy services for implementation and certification of energy management system in accordance with standard BDS EN ISO 50001 The activity of selecting a contractor to prepare an energy audit is completed prior to submission of the project proposal. Through the implementation of the above activities, including energy efficiency measures included in the approved SEDA energy report (Statement № BG16RFOP-563 /17.09.2016) will achieve the following results: 1. delivered, installed and commissioned production equipment - Production line of lingerie and swimwear (1pc.); Screw compressor air-cooled (1pc.) 2. delivered, installed and put into operation a system for monitoring energy consumption 3. utilized residual heat 4. received a certificate in accordance with standard BDS EN ISO 50001 5. filled activities for environmental protection 6. energy savings - 22 709,86 kWh/year 7. emissions saved CO2 - 18.60 t/year 8. vizualization of the project Through the implementation of project activities and achieve planned results will expand the capacity of existing shed will reduce the cost of unit production, will develop environmentally sound production and improve energy efficiency of the company.
