Competitiveness through introduction of new energy efficient production equipment in PASKALEV - 86 Ltd.

PASKALEV - 86 Ltd. was established in 1989 and is specializes in the production of wafers and pastry under the trademark "Galena". Since the establishment of its management company strives to regularly renew the existing equipment, placing a growing emphasis on sustainable development. Entirely in line with this policy planned under this project proposal activities are linked to the purchase of energy efficient equipment in order to increase the energy efficiency of existing production and reduce production costs. For the realization of this objective PASKALEV - 86 Ltd plans to implement two measures for energy efficiency. The first is related to the purchase of line for Coated with greater performance at lower specific energy consumption, which is predicted to achieve energy savings amounting to 87.81% of the defined baseline and reduction of 356.28 tons CO² emissions per year. As a second measure will be purchased production line of sponge products, which will also achieve significant energy savings and reduction of exhaust emissions CO². In addition to these measures PASKALEV - 86 Ltd will benefit and consulting services for the introduction of energy management in the enterprise, according to the standards BS EN ISO 50001 / EN ISO 50001. As a result of the implementation of planned activities PASKALEV - 86 Ltd will be able to start implementing greener production policy, using energy efficient technologies, environmentally friendly. Introduction of energy management will allow the company to optimize the use of energy, which will reduce and of energy consumption. Not least as a result of the successful implementation of the planned project activities, the company will significantly increase its production capacity and product quality, which will allow attracting new customers and expansion.
