Introduction of energy efficiency measures in TONI TODOROV OOD

The investment project is based on the recommended measures from energy audits done after an energy audit in TONI TODOROV OOD. The energy audit provides for replacement of existing technological equipment being purchased and put into operation the following new equipment, based on the measures recommended by the Energy audit: -Asphalt pavers (Measure 1); -Ventilating equipment manufacturing facility for recovery of residual heat (Measure 2); - Systems for monitoring energy consumption of Measure 1 - asphalt pavers (Measure 3). After integrating the above mentioned technological equipment, the production capacity of the enterprise will grow significantly, which in turn will lead to taking more orders and expand porizvodstvoto as well as lower energy consumption per unit of output.Currently, the company has technological equipment operating on three types of fuel. The machines are used for the activities of the company. Currently the machines are working to build infrastructure and others. The equipment is relatively old, inefficient and productive than the new high-tech equipment on the market. The reason for changing the old machine is that the new ones are more economical, which will lead to lower fuel consumption, respectively, to less harmful gases into the atmosphere. Beneficiary provides the project to introduce a system of energy management / energy management / certification and BS EN ISO 50001. These actions will reduce the cost of energy resources, limiting consumption of energy resources and thus - environmental protection, and continuously measuring and analyzing energy efficiency. The project will be a turnaround 18 months and a total value 592 717.68 lev, VAT excluded.
