This project proposal envisages the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of a new modern asphalt (asphalt) for the production of various asphalt mixes (Measure 1 of an energy audit). The new equipment has a higher performance and lower energy consumption per unit of output. Provided for the purchase asphalt has a total installed capacity of 460 kW and a mixing capacity of 160 t / h. Complete him there and bitumen economy with electric warming. The new asphalt will include the following main modules: 1 Predosing 2 dryers 3 Burner 4 filter installation 5 Screening and mixing tower 6 Dosing system for liquid additives 7 Bunker for ready-mix 8 Power supply with its own dust and stone powder 9 Bitumen economy with electric warming 10 system with jet nozzles 11 Control Center The new installation has a capacity several times greater than the old one, which leads to much lower energy consumption per unit of output. In addition, the production of asphalt, asphalt will work with recycled materials (recycled aggregates). Beneficiary provides the project to introduce a system of energy management / energy management / certification and BS EN ISO 50001. These actions will reduce the cost of energy resources, limiting the consumption of energy resources and thus - protection environment. The project will be a turnaround 18 months and a total value 2 580 479.00 BGN, VAT excluded.
