Increasing energy and resource efficiency in "Dunavski Dragazhen Flot Vidin" AD by purchasing new energy efficient machines

This project proposal envisages replacement of old loader with a new front wheel loader (Measure 1), replacement of old mini wheel loader with a new mini front wheel loader (Measure 2) and replacement of old electric rotary crusher with a new rotor crusher, complete with diesel generator (Measure 3). The new equipment has a higher performance and lower energy consumption per unit of output. Provided for purchasing a front wheel loader has a rated engine power - 224 kW / 300 hp and average fuel consumption of 16 l / h. Productivity is 690 t. / H. Rated engine power to the front mini wheel loader is 34,9 kW / 46,8 hp Indicative its fuel consumption is 5 l / h. The machine has a system for cold start and the maximum speed is 16 km. / H. The new rotor crusher will have a diesel engine with 202 kW, rotor with 4 pcs. hammer (two + two low-high) and vibrating grizzly feeder. The diesel generator will have a voltage 400/230 V, primary power 200 kVA and 489 liter fuel tank. The new rotor crusher will operate recycling of production. Fractions larger than 22 mm are not suitable for concrete pumps and asphalt and therefore will be discharged in a special tape back to the crushing compartment for re-crushing. Beneficiary provides the project to introduce a system of energy management / energy management / certification and BS EN ISO 50001. These actions will reduce the cost of energy resources, limiting the consumption of energy resources and thus - protection environment. The project will be a turnaround 18 months and a total value 1 325 089.00 BGN, VAT excluded.
