‘’ZAVET’’ JSC is a manufacturer of veterinary medicinal products, feed additives (powder and liquid), veterinary medicines – powder, liquid, vehicle, intramammary syringes, technical tools. The company has got a main economic activity code: 21.20 - Pharmaceutical preparations. In order to increase its production capacity and to decrease the production cost price by increasing the productivity and decreasing the electrical energy consumption, through the current project the company intends to replace the old dosing and packaging line with a new one. The line is the main manufacturing and technological tool of the company. The company has planned to make investments concerning the reduction of electrical energy consumption, which include implementation of an automated energy consumption monitoring and control system as well as delivery and implementation of a system for utilisation of the residual ventilation heat energy by means of a recuperator. The company will make use of consulting services for implementation and certification of ISO 50001, an energy audit and visualisation. By realisation of the planned project investments the company will improve its energy efficiency and thus, become more competitive.
