Increasing the energy efficiency of "Lazer Plus" EOOD

The implementation of the project aims to meet the need of "Lazer Plus" EOOD for improving the energy efficiency of the enterprise with expanded production capacity and reduced production costs. Overall objective of the project: Achieving sustainable growth and competitiveness of "Lazer Plus" EOOD, through the implementation of measures for improvement of the energy efficiency and capacity: Specific objectives: 1. Achieving 89,24% planned energy savings (PES) in the enterprise, through the purchase of high - performance and energy efficient long-term tangible asset - 1 pc, in accordance with recommended energy efficient measure in conducted energy audit 2. Implementation and certification of system for energy management complied with/ to standard ISO 50001 for improving the energy management and efficiency Planned activities, through which the overall and specific objectives will be obtained, are: 1. Delivery and commissioning of the machine for fiber laser cutting - 1 pc(recommended measure 1) 2. Consultancy services for implementation and certification of system for energy management in accordance with ISO 50001 The project is based on the recommendations of a conducted energy audit, drawn up for the purpose of the procedure. As a result from the implementation of the activities "Lazer Plus" Ltd. will achieve the following key results: 1. Energy savings in the enterprise due to the finalised project: 1 506 645 kWh/Yr 2. Savings of CO2 emission per year: 1 233,94 tons 3. Increased production capacity: 1177% 4. Total energy and non-energy savings:: 628 668,00 lv/yr. 5. Improved energy management and efficiency, through implemented and certified system for energy management in accordance with ISO 50001. The improved energy efficiency of the enterprise and the extended production capacity, will lead to reduced production costs and will guarantee sustainable growth and competitiveness of the enterprise.
