Improving the energy and resource efficiency in "FORMEKS" Ltd.

"FORMEKS" Ltd. - a company specialized in production of coil tubes for household and industrial boilers, engineering, design, manufacture and repair of machinery and equipment for food processing and tobacco, located in the town of Varna. The Company performs machining of different types of details /hull and rotary/ specialized in the manufacture and repair of machinery for the food and tobacco industries and metalworking machinery. The company has machinery park with basic equipment including CNC machines for mechanical treatment, CNC plasma cutting machine, press brake, old welding machines and old universal equipment. The project proposal is related to the creation and development of competitive advantages of "FORMEKS" LTD based on improved energy and resource efficiency, by delivery of energy efficient equipment, implementation of systems for energy consumption monitoring , implementation and certification of ISO 50001 standard. In the project proposal are set out activities related to the implementation of the recommended energy efficiency measures in the energy audit and activities associated with the specified service performance: -Activity 1 "Delivery of new manufacturing equipment related to the implementation of Measure 1 of the EA": CNC lathe - 1pc.; -Activity 2 "Delivery of new manufacturing equipment related to the implementation of Measure 2 of the EA": Screw compressor - 1pc .; -Activity 3 "Delivery of new manufacturing equipment related to the implementation of Measure 3 of the EA": Welding inverter - 1pc .; -Activity 4 "Implementation of Energy Consumption Monitoring System under Measure 4 of the EA"; -Activity 5 "Consulting services for implementation and certification of energy management system in accordance with standard BS EN ISO 50001"; -Activity 6 "Performing the EA (" energy efficiency audit ")"; -Activity 7 "Publicity and visualization". All activities included in the project are under "de minimis".
