Increasing energy and resource efficiency "Teoplast" Ltd. through the purchase of new energy efficient equipment

This project proposal envisages purchasing new roller (Measure 1), roller pneumatic tires (Measure 2), 2 pieces trench rollers (Measure 3), ventilation with heat recovery to heat recovery (Measure 4) and Automated Monitoring System energy (Measure 5). The new equipment has a higher performance and lower power consumption. Provided for the purchase roller is operating weight 7.1 tons, output of the diesel engine 55,4 kW and an average output 160 tons. / Hr. The roll of tires provided for by Measure 2 audit is an operating weight of 8.8 tons, motor power 95 kW, and average productivity 100 t. / H. The two new trench roller with a working weight of each 1350 kg, motors 15,6 kW and an average single output of each 50 t. / H. Construction of ventilation system with highly efficient heat recovery for utilization of waste heat from the extracted air of the work area. Maximum flow ventilation is 500 cubic meters / hr., And the maximum expected performance of recuperation is 74-75%. The system for monitoring energy consumption of the new roller dvubandazhen of Measure 1 consists of: 1) energy management software, and 2) gauge efficiency of construction machinery (measurement of fuel consumption, movement of the machine and number of strokes). New technological equipment is high-end with low fuel consumption, which in turn will lead to increased savings CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. Beneficiary provides the project to introduce a system of energy management / energy management / certification and BS EN ISO 50001. These actions will reduce the cost of energy resources, limiting the consumption of energy resources and thus - protection environment. The project will be a turnaround 18 months and a total value 598 425.00 BGN without VAT.
