Improving energy efficiency in "Kosev" Ltd.

This project proposal is drawn up to improve the energy efficiency of the enterprise for production of metal products "Kosev" Ltd., Rousse. An energy audit was carried out by an approved auditor, registered in the public register of art. 60, para. 1 of the Law on energy efficiency in order to determine the specific measures to be taken Based on the recommendations and calculations of the energy efficiency audit, two measures are planned in the project: Measure 1: Replacement of old metalcutting equipment with new vertical machining center; Measure 2: Replacement of old diesel forklift new forklift on gas LPG. The main activities are delivery and commercialization of energy-efficient vertical machining center and forklift. Besides being energy efficient, these two assets are more productive than the current, and will also contribute to expanding the capacity of existing business object. An implementation of an energy management system ISO 50001, which will help the company to better energy use of existing assets, is also included in the project In the project proposal is justified the sustainable development "Kosev" Ltd. as a result of improved resource efficiency and non-discrimination. Its contribution to environmental protection is also justified. With the realization of this project "Kosev" Ltd. will optimize energy efficiency , manufacturing processes and technology, which will inevitably result on improving its overall competitiveness, efficiency, helping the company to unleash its full potential.
