Invreasing Tsenit-Petkov Ltd’s energy efficiency and capacity

Tsenit Petkov OOD started its business in construction industry in 2013. Main problems faced by company’ management would be summarized as follows: • High energy intensity because of outdated machines and technology • Inefficient productivity, which do not allow improvement and increase of production capacity Tsenit Petkov OOD strives to build and maintain its image as a socially responsible company and pursues a policy aimed at increasing resource efficiency and effectiveness of production process. Due to these facts the present project activities aim at company’ sustainable ecological development and reduction of negative impact on environment. The energy efficiency measures to be implemented and specified in Energy Audit are related to the purchase and installation of new equipment and special machinery: • Investment in new production equipment to perform hoist activities: forklift and telescopic lifter • Investment in new equipment for heat recovery: recovery system of residual heat • Advisory services necessary for: Implementation and Certification of Energy Management System according to Standard ISO 5001 and Elaboration of Energy Audit The implementation of the project activities will lead to significant improvement of the company’ competitiveness in following directions: • Improved resource efficiency – Reduction of energy resources, which will provide decrease in construction activity costs and allow for flexible price policy • Improved market positions – the increase in production capacity will allow for increase the volume construction activities, thus to expand market share.
