This project proposal envisages the purchase of new technological equipment for replacement of pipes in trenchless technology, recycling of milled asphalt vklyuchvashto hydraulic machine for replacement of pipes up to 600 mm method pipe in pipe and crusher recycling of milled asphalt (Measure 1). The new equipment has a higher performance and lower energy consumption per unit of output. Hydraulic machine has a water-cooled engines and power 54,4 kW. The maximum force of downloading machine is 156.9 tons. Diameter to replace the pipes can be from 150 mm to 600 mm. Crusher for recycling of milled asphalt is powered by an electric motor with power 7,5 kW. Productivity is between 1 and 8 t. / H. and varies depending on the material. Total fuel consumption for operation under the new (trenchless) technology will be 22.35 l. / Hr., And its average efficiency will be 16 lm / h. Beneficiary provides the project to introduce a system of energy management / energy management / certification and BS EN ISO 50001. These actions will reduce the cost of energy resources, limiting the consumption of energy resources and thus - protection environment. The project will be a turnaround 18 months and a total value 2 107 580.00 BGN, VAT excluded.
