Increasing the energy efficiency in "Ziesto" Plc.

The project envisages increasing the energy efficiency of "ZIESTO" Plc. through investments related to the replacement of the physically and morally outdated machinery involved in the production of plastic products, with new, energy saving machines. Investments for the acquisition of new production equipment are planned as follows: injection molding machine type 1-one item; injection molding machine type 2-one item, blastavtomat - one item; CNC milling machine - one item. Purchase and introduction into exploitation of new equipment is needed to implement the measures included in the energy audit of "ZIESTO" Plc. As a result of the realization of the investment, the company will realize energy savings of 32.90%. In frame of the project energy management system will be implemented and certified in accordance with standard BS EN ISO 50001 / EN ISO 500001, which will ensure sustainability of the project and will improve energy performance, including energy efficiency, use and consumption of energy through systematic management of energy . The project will act to increase the competitiveness of the company by reducing energy consumption and increasing production capacity, which will lead to more sustainable growth.
