Energy efficiency at MPLAST Ltd

MPLAST Ltd - town of Plovdiv is one of the leaders on the market in the manufacture of plastic pipes and fittings intended for construction of plumbing and sewerage, as well as heating systems. As a manufacturer the company manages to establish itself on the Bulgarian market and to gain stable positions thanks to the high quality of the products, wide range and competitive prices. Having been on the market for 10 years, the brand successfully established itself as a quality standard and is easily recognizable and preferred by the Bulgarian consumers. The wide range of pipes and fittings, short time for delivery, high quality and attractive prices offered by the company, facilitate its quick recognition on the Bulgarian market. As a result MPLAST LTD works with more and more partners and at the moment it has established itself as one of the leaders on the market with its well built and maintained distribution network covering the whole country. The company has its own recycling line for the technological waste. The recycled material is used again in the main production of the company. The current project envisages realization of measures for energy efficiency in the main production process in MPLAST Ltd – production and sale of plastic pipes and fittings for water supply and sewage systems, as well as for heating installations. The project envisages delivery, assembly and further exploitation of new energy effective technological equipment related to the above technological process in the range of the following operations: “Production of polypropylene pipes and fittings”. The investment is within the range of component 1 “Investments within the range of regional investment help”. The project envisages delivery and assembly of six injection machines, one vertical injection machine, twelve dosers, ten robot systems and ten transportation lines for delivery of the ready details to the operator, one packing machine and four granulators.
