This project is aimed at increasing energy efficiency in "Mazalat" Ltd., through the implementation of the recommended measures in the energy audit. The main activity is the production of concrete mixes, which falls in a sector which is characterized by high energy intensity according to CEA 2008 - C23 "Manufacture of other non-metallic mineral products'. The project is implemented on the territory of Northwest Planning Region. Through the implementation of the project will achieve improved production processes in Mazalat Ltd. and overcome identified constraints for sustainable development of the company related to the lack so far of measures to improve energy and resource efficiency and sustainable use of raw materials and introducing modern waste technologies lack of sufficient production capacity. The expected results of the project are to improve the competitiveness of the business to achieve higher productivity, reducing production costs and optimizing the production chain. The main activities include project are to implement the recommended measures in the energy audit, namely: Replacing the old loader with a new front loader; Purchase of new concrete center with a system for recycling of concrete; Replacing old with new betonsmesitel betonsmesitel; Replacing old tractors with two new tractor; Introduction and certification of energy management system in accordance with standard BS EN ISO 50001 / EN ISO 50001; Performing an energy audit form. The implementation of the planned activities will lead to expansion of capacity of an existing shed will improve existing manufacturing process will lead to increased business productivity, reduce waste production and contribute to better energy and resource efficiency and effectiveness of production.
